ABOUT US

Welcome to Three Saints and our Lady:

United in Faith, Journeying Together

Embracing Faith, Unity, and Transformation in St. Louis

In the heart of the City of St. Louis, a profound chapter in our collective faith journey is unfolding. Four cherished parishes—Our Lady of the Holy Cross, St. Augustine, St. Elizabeth, Mother of John the Baptist, and St. Matthew, the Apostle—have united under the interim name "Three Saints and our Lady." This union, guided by the recommendations of All Things New to the Archdiocese, represents a commitment to strengthen and transform our faith community.

Our Evolving Story

As we navigate the intricate path of merger, both St. Elizabeth, Mother of John the Baptist and St. Matthew, the Apostle, embarked on appeals. The appeal for St. Elizabeth has concluded, resulting in a denial. Consequently, Our Lady of the Holy Cross, St. Augustine, and St. Elizabeth, Mother of John the Baptist are now considered merged effective August 1, 2023. The journey for St. Matthew, the Apostle continues, with an ongoing appeal, and the finalization of the merger awaits the conclusion of this process, anticipated in 2024.  At Three Saints and our Lady, we celebrate the diversity of our traditions, our parishes, and our members, weaving them together into a rich tapestry of faith. As we worship collectively, rotating among the sanctuaries of the four parishes, we forge bonds of unity that honor our unique histories and spiritual practices.

On April 14, 2024, members of the four parishes gathered for a Day of Recollection to reflect on our Day of Recollection and begin planning for our spiritual life together.  Here are some of the memories from that day!

TRIVIA NIGHT 2024

On April 20, 2024 we hosted our first Trivia Night. It brought family and friends together in a social gathering that was fun and entertaining. Since it was a fundraiser, we also have to add that it was profitable. We hope to make this an annual event. Below are some of the memories of the event.
